Color Me A Rainbow (Melody House MH-80, LP, US, 1980)
Can't say this was my personal favourite, but it went down well with the small man for a while. So I'll post it for that reason, and the novelty value.

Hajime Murooka M.D. - Sleep Gently In The Womb (EMI, LP, NZ, 1975)
Personally I never 'tested' this one out, and was always much more inclined to play some ambient cosmic synth classic like Iasos 'Angelic Music' or abstract minimal like Gas (all tried and tested, I promise). Anyway, do let me know if you try this and it 'works'. I only included Side B for completion. It's scratchy bog standard 'ambient' classical.

Mother Goose Rhymes, And Their Stories [Rica Moore] (Disneyland Records 3949, LP, US, 1969)
Catchy, old-fashioned sing-alongs, like we all love. Have your pots and pans ready for track 1.

Animals, Vol.1 sung by Alan Mills (Folkways Records, 1956)
I saved this old treasure from Penny Lane Records in the Christchurch CBD, just a few days before a 6.3 earthquake levelled the entire block. A good thing too, since it's been a favourite car sing-along CD ever since - for the small guy who sits in the small seat in the rear of the car. That's going to be the flavour of the first posts here. Songs that satisfied the small guy. Perhaps they'll do the same for you and yours.
